Refund & Return Policy

At RENAISSANCE BUSINESS CATALYSTS LLP we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, our Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a return, replacement, or refund.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to mishandling will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items sold under clearance, special sale, or promotional offers.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Products with tampered packaging, missing serial numbers, or labels.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@growwmate.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and images (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request and arrange for pickup or guide you through the return process.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (bank details required).

Please note that shipping charges, handling fees, or COD service charges are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us at support@growwmate.com.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
